An eight week Foundation Agility Class! This class focuses on foundation skills needed for dogs and puppies just starting out in agility. Class consists of doing flat work, using gates and no agility equipment, to teach handlers the proper way to direct the dog around a course, basic obedience work required to be successful in agility, and introducing the dogs to the agility equipment including the weave poles. Teams will be taught directional commands, targeting, lead-outs, crosses (both front and rear), and other basic handling skills which they can practice without equipment.
